Absolutely terrible, terrible, terrible.

I am not surprised that there are so many bad reviews here. takes forever to answer calls. so frustrating when you are dealing with arrogant people that drop the phone in your ears. First of all they don't even know what they are doing to start with. Asking them to help you w your account seems like an impossible task sometimes hence why I don't trust this company at all. It's all bad news the entire setup is crazy. I still have not resolved a very simple issue due to not answering calls ext. they do not answer calls!!!!! Their customer service is absolutely terrible they talk over you and keep going in circles then drop the phone in your ears as if you have not spent an hour trying to get hold of them. I am not satisfied at all with the services and moved to other payment platforms because dealing with Payfast is unbearably frustrating most of the time. They don't respect any of the efforts people put into their businesses or the money they put into making it happen. They act entitled with complete disregard to other people's needs when signing up to their services!!!
