Unfortunately very unhappy with their service. Ive been a longstanding customer with Payfast, but this week I've tried numerous times to get hold of them with no reply. I've created tickets and been on their hotline for a long time even when it says I'm number one in the queue. If they dont reposnd to me soon I'll need to look for a new provider.
