Worst Service ever
I purchased a bed on 18 March 2023, in store at Six Fountains, Pretoria, Gauteng.
They said 5 - 7 working days your bed will be delivered.
Until today, I still have not received a delivery date, neither does the company - @Sealy have a delivery date for us. The Bed Store failed to trace my delivery and failed to let me know.
They still don't have a date for my delivery. I have called the branch manger and they still have not called me.
This is not small money this is over R23 000 for the bed and the worst service ever.
