Worst bed brand ever (forty winks)

Let me start by saying forty winks is the worst bed brand I have ever slept on. We bought a bed in 17th November of 2025 a forty winks to be exact , within the first 2 months I was having back issues and returned to the store (mojo beds Southgate), they then came with a solution of getting a more firm mattress and swop it for one ,fast forward to 11th of June 2026 me and my wife now have horrible back pains on a daily basis after spending R13000 on a bed and memory foam pillows to go with it(as we were told it will provide a better and more complete solution and sleep). Hopefully we will get the assistance needed.
