The Shallow Bed

<p>I bought a 3/4 bed 11 June 2016 and within a month or two the bed became shallow/deep in the middle and can be easily felt when laying on it. I called the store to report the matter.</p> <p> </p> <p>After a while I've agreed that they send the manufacturer consultant while only my helper was home. Not sure what measures he took but got the report the the bed is fine.</p> <p> </p> <p>The bed is not fine at all and is now quite visible from eye view.</p> <p>The manufacture consultant by the name of Lawrence Nell made me wait for him till 9:10 yesterday and only contacted me after seeing my missed call to tell me that he'll ask someone else to come and inspect.</p> <p> </p> <p>Poor service from the store by not following up and leaving everything to *********** manufacturer of poor quality beds. </p> <p> </p>
