The Bed Store to the rescue!

We recently needed to make an unplanned purchase and sought help from the Bed Store in Durban. I received excellent customer service from the second I walked in. Salesperson Ulisha arranged for a good deal and even sorted out same day delivery for me (actually delivery in the next few hours) due to the urgency of my purchase. I was even called later that day when the delivery had left the store to get to us. What started off as a stressful afternoon for us turned into a great customer service and customer care experience from the store and its management. I would definitely recommend them!
