THE BED STORE - AFTER SALES SERVICE

I bought a bed from The Bed Store (The Crescent, Umhlanga Ridge) in April 2018. Initially, the base set of the bed, the staples were coming out, which they replaced the bed set with a new one, however, along with the concern of the base set, I informed The Bed Store, of the mattress stitching, coming undone. They sent an assessor to take photos, and send the photos to head office for query replacement mattress, as the mattress, was less than 12 months old. I am yet to hear, 3 years later, what the outcome of the assessment is. Poor after sales service form The Bed Store.
