Substandard beds and misrepresentation of products

I bought a queen bed crystal vitality collection brand in Springfield. I was advised it was a good quality bed, two months later it started to sag and springs made noise. I complained to the Nishaan, store manager, I was asked to send photos and voice recordings demonstrating my complaint. I was told the noise is not enough to change the bed. I am not happy with the product I was sold, now I am stuck with trash, the quality is very bad. The manner they handled my complaint was also unpleasant, I regret buying from the bed store because they misrepresented the product because it turned out to be the opposite of what I was promised. They have no respect nor value the customers who spend their hard earned money
