Poor customer service or rather LACK OF SERVICE (Coricraft t/a The Bed Store)

On 17 April I ordered AND PAID IN FULL for a storage base and Sealy mattress from the Bed Store Blackheath which were to be delivered within 14 days. Day 20 (07 May) received a call from one of the salespeople saying sorry for the delay but there was a problem with the fabric for the base (the have the mattress) and that they would deliver Monday, Tuesday or definitely Wednesday. Why was I not informed of the problem sooner? I was going to order another 2 mattresses and storage bases but will most definitely not do business with The Bed Store again and will be going elsewhere. Furthermore, if the delivery does not happen today I want Bed Store to cancel my order and REFUND ME IN FULL...
