Outstanding service

I'm not a very easily impressed person or someone who writes reviews but I decide to share my experience due to the excellent service I received from Nishaan Sharma at The Bed Store in Springfield. The wife and I visited 3 other bedding retailer on the day and was more confused and irate due to pushy and arrogant salespeople we've meet on the day. I was ready to go home empty handed but my wife suggested we try one more store. Nishaan was a breath of fresh air he was very pleasant and friendly. He took his time to explain to us all the terms of all the new foams on the market and the difference between each spring designs. He recommended we buy a non sprung mattress as I'm 120kg and suffer with chronic back pain. We could see that he was concerned about selling the correct bed not just about a sell. We got a great deal and we made a good friend. I would recommend anyone looking bed to contact him. Well done lad this is what service should be like everywhere. R. Peters
