LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

I recently contacted The Bedstore - Strubensvalley branch regarding my new Sealy mattress which i only purchased in October 2019 - poor quality (sent email to The Bedstore a week ago and have not had any feedback from them regarding the outcome of my complaint? Pathetic service! Will never buy from The Bedstore again!
