Brand New Bed side wire is hurting and it is not even 3 months old

I bought a bed and it was delivered in February 2025 and the bed side wire started hurting us and it is not visible and I logged my complain in April 2025 and bin calling the store several time and they kept on telling me they will be sending someone to m house to inspect the bed, nothing has bin happening ever since ,I am so disappointed at the product I got from them and wouldn't recommend anyone to get a new bed from them. the bed is not even 3 month and just imagine how will it sustain the 10 year guarantee while it could not sustain at 3 month bed type (Sleeptribe Aurora Firm Matt queen bed)
