Bad service and poor management skills

I bought 2 beds last week, one cash the other on 3 months installment. Then i paid R2900 in the store, immediately after i finish completing their online thingie when am home they further deducted R2500 same day.

When i complained they promised to reverse my money. That was on black friday i am still waiting even now. The store manager Nyasha then asked me to send my details on the same day i did, monday i phoned he told me that the money was sent to my bnk acc it will take3 days bcos is from Fnb. 3 days later no money. I call the store he tells me i will call u back... nothing from him.

All this time am the one calling them. They dont ever bother to call their customers. I am still waiting even now.
