Bad customer service

I bought beds at the bed store in 2015 or early 2016 if m not mistaken at this store only to find the single bed has a problem a few months. They sent someone to check it out and they said they would come back the next week to replace that bed till today no more has came everytime we go and enquire they apologize and say they will be coming the next week till today nothing has been done. Its 2017 august now and still nothing.
