Rude reception 9th Avenue Vet

We have been taking our dogs to 9th Avenue vet for grooming and medical assistance for over 15 years. This morning we took them for grooming and was very disappointed in the rude and abrasive manner in which we were received. I had to remind the lady to wear her mask and just to maybe be a bit more friendly when asking questions that have been already asked when making the booking. She is after all delevering a service for which we are paying for. Her whole attitude was one of correctional services nndiscipline. We are worried about how the animals are treated if there owners are treated in this way.
