Bad receptionist service

I have spent a lot of money at this vet and although the vets are great at what they do, the receptionist treat you like *******. You already go in the with your sick animal emotional and then they look at you as if you are a big inconvenience to the and talk to you as if you you are nothing. It's just sad because I feel like I dnt want to go to that vet although the vets are the reason my dog survived parvo.
