Worst online shop

I made an online purchase, with a store called 99rands , first they didn't meetthe8r delivery time, they didn't pack all my orders. Missi g , calling them is a mission and emailing response time takes time. And also they promised to refund which is not yet done , I don't know why they list their phone numbers but never answer.
