UNDELIVERED ONLINE ORDER

I placed my order 29 July 2025 and I haven't received any update about it. When I try to call, no one picks up and emails are not rep****. They say shipping takes 5 - 7 days, 14 days later I can't even track my order. Surprisingly this shop is on PayFlex😔
