Terrible service

Absolutely terrible customer service. Placed a large order online and was later messaged on WhatsApp to say most products were out of stock. I had already paid. Took over 2 weeks to have the money refunded. I was told this was abnormal circumstances and gave them the benefit of the doubt, ordered again and revived the same terrible service. Products that are advertised are out of stock. No one can say when stock will be coming in again. Had multiple issues with product quality as well.

Definitely would not recommend buying from them.
