Terrible service

I wish I had looked at reviews before I purchased. They have terrible service with zero communication it’s been 9 working days and my order is still “processing “ and the contact details that they have on site go straight to voicemail the whole time so nw im waiting like an idiot for an order that im not sure is going to be delivered or not.
