Poor service

I just wanna say I regret not reading the reviews about this store 99rands before placing my order,it's day 4 today and I haven't received any tracking info about my order 83514,that time their delivery time slot is 4-5 days..When I call or send emails no one picks it up..they better answer so I can know what is going on,we order things and expect them to be delivered on time not the other way around..I am very disappointed I thought I was gonna but from them again and again..
