Poor Customer service

I ordered from them on the 3rd of December and my order came on the 27th of December. Before I could receive my order I struggled to get intouch to require about my order as I was not receiving any correspondence whatsoever. Before my order could arrive I receive a call from them telling me some items I ordered were out of stock and I requested a refund which amounted to R247.00. I have been going up and down to get my refund and every time I send an email I don't get a respond back. Today the 17th January I still haven't received by refund. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE BUYING FROM THESE COMPANY AT ALL. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS NONE WHATSOEVER 🤞😤
