Online buy.

I ordered from this company on the 12 September 2024. I received only a confirmation email, afterward no response for about a week. After the 5th attempt of calling, I spoke to someone, who assured me I will receive my items which I did, after 2 days. I need to do an exchange so I went to their store at Westwood Mall. The person there told me to lodge it online as he could not exchange it in store and also assured me that the store belonged to him. It's been 2 weeks from that time. And I have called and emailed and there is absolutely no response or acknowledgement. Please don't be a fool like I was. I'm sitting with something that cost R700 that I can't exchange it and most probably won't even get my money back!!! Don't make the mistake. This place should be closed down!!!
