No order and Poor communication

Disappointed with 99rands ,ordered on 17 August 2026 ,no order recieved, no communication, and phones are off from them,I am worried because I have been using them all along but this time its bad.Tried to send emails and called with no luck ,my order was processed via PayJust Now App.
