Long way too Go...

Ordered items from this retailer, got the order confirmation via email. Had to email and Whatsapp a few days later as no further communication was received. Finally got them to confirm dispatch, order was thereafter received after 2days. Upon receiving the package, saw how unprofessional the box and packaging was, no waybills attached, I potentially could have received an incorrect order as their was no name on the package. My items was packed upside down causing the contents to leak out onto the rest of the products. Heavy items was stuffed on top of the lighter items causing damage their again. Some items was not in the box, and the order quantities differred to what I paid for. No delivery note inside the box to show short stocked etc. Overall, not the best order received from my online shopping sprees. This company needs to still work very hard to compete with other retailers that have gone online. I'm thankful atleast I got most of my ordered items even though some bottles were empty
