Items bought at 99 shop

I ordered items from them on 22 September 2025, I received all my items exactly 21 days after purchase. They had promised to send within 5 days, I was constantly sending emails to them as the phone on google is never picked up or on voicemail. The items are all in great condition and everything I ordered. I did not read the reviews prior to purchasing as I would not have ordered from them.
