Inconsistent, no communication, Long delays for local orders

Inconsistent , Placed a order 1-3 times before and paid payjustnow. Received my order promptly the one time, other delayed. Now July order placed on the 2nd. No feedback since the 10th, no one advised collection has changed.. Prices were good when I compares to other sale stores. Only issue was duplicates , no one followed up when I ccomplained.No one replies to social media, whatspp or calls. I am still waiting and it's almost R1k order. Half of it was towards a family in need. And I don't have much money left till month end to order again elsewhere :(
