I purchased a product online from 99rands.co.za which clearly states the dimensions and also clearly states that it is an adult product. The product arrived and has a max rating of 40kg and is way smaller than described. I requested a return straight away( 12 Oct), sent follow ups and then was told that collection would be booked on the 18th, again had to send follow up mails. Then was told on the 21st that collection would be on the 24th and that I need to pay for the courier which I refused now I sit with a product I cannot use that I paid for.
