Do NOT trust 99 Rands!! Complete ****mers!!

Do NOT buy from 99 Rands online. I should've seen the reviews here before I ordered something over a month ago. Luckily it was a very cheap order so no real harm was done, but I haven't seen the package as of yet. I got a tracking number and it quickly changed to "collection exception" ("The courier has indicated that the parcel address is not in their territory."). This is absolute BS as I live very close to their physical address, and after a whole month later, tracking confirms "cancelled". So they've effectively taken my money (albeit a small amount) and the order has been cancelled. These people are complete ****MERS. Do NOT trust them. They should be shut down immediately by consumer authorities, but I'm not getting my hopes up on that in this country...
