I gave 1 star because I don't have an option for 0. This has to be the worst experience I have ever had with any online purchase. They don't communicate anything. They don't respond to emails and the contact numbers on their website don't go through. I'm still waiting for my order, and I feel like I just got ****med. I regret not checking the reviews before my purchase. Beyond ridiculously poor service levels.
