DO NOT BUY FROM 99Rands – THEY WILL ***** YOUR MONEY!

I’ve had the worst experience with 99Rands and feel completely **********. I ordered a pair of shoes, and they sent me the wrong size. I followed their instructions and sent the shoes back, only for them to ask for my banking details for a refund. Months have passed, and I still haven’t seen a single cent of my money!

I’ve emailed them multiple times, and guess what? NOTHING. No replies, no updates, no customer service whatsoever. This is a complete ****!

99Rands is a joke. They clearly have no intention of giving me my refund and are just *****ing from customers. If you want to lose your money and deal with useless customer service, then by all means, shop with them. But DON’T SAY YOU WEREN’T WARNED.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
