BAD, BAD SERVICES!!!! DON'T BUY FROM THIS ONLINE STORE!!!!!

Returned an item with a promise of a refund which did not happen and said it will be replaced, still waiting 2 months later. Landline goes to voicemail and cell does not exist. E-mails are ignored no matter how many mails sent....something needs to be done about this online store!!!!!!!!!! I will also contact payflex regarding 99Rands!!!!!!!!!!
