awaiting refund

I am submitting a formal complaint against 99Rands Store for their failure to honor an exchange agreement and their complete lack of follow-up regarding defective items I ordered in June 2025, delivered on 30 June 2025. Immediately after receiving the order, I contacted the store due to the following issues:

• The jeans were visibly defective.
• The pants did not match the advertised product images.

I spoke to a staff member named Suhayfa, who was quick to arrange collection of the items in July. I provided all the necessary information for the exchange promptly. However, since then, I have received no communication, no updates, and no replacement items. This is unacceptable. I have paid in full and have waited for months without resolution. The silence from the store is not only unprofessional—it is a clear disregard for consumer rights. As a loyal customer, I find this treatment appalling

I would NOT RECOMMEND 99Rands Store to anyone based on this experience.
