“99rands took a whole month to deliver my order, and when it finally arrived it was incomplete. On top of that, they completely ignore every email and call — absolutely no customer service at all. They even lie on their own website, claiming orders over R1000 come with a free backpack, which I never received. This company is dishonest, unreliable, and outright cruel in how they treat customers.”
