99Rands Store doesn't reply emails

I ordered a couple of things on 99rands. Firstly they don't update you about your order till it arrives. After it arrived after a week I tested my new electrical hot water bottle which tripped all the plugs in my house. I immediately sent them an email requesting a refund and they havent rep**** to me. Its been a week, this week I sent another email and still no reply. To say I'm highly disappointed is an understatement.
