99 RANDS STORE IN KZN WHERE IS MY ORDER???

i am very disappointed , i have ordered alot of things from them using payflex for chrismas, i ordered it two weeks ago, and to date still havent recieved a thing. i havent recieved email or sms to confrim or to say that my order is coming. i have paid payflex finished already , but no news. i tried to call them, the phone number just rings, the cell number given doesnt work., ive emailed them about 6 times, no reply. i have now asked payflex to do something from there side, but there i havent recieved a response either.this isnt funny anymore , as its alot of money that i dont actually have, , i am not sure how i can get this sorted out? its a bit hard as im in jhb and they in durban. i have ordered from them once before and they were quite quick
