99 Rands, Never received my refund

I bought 5 items and had to return 4 of those items as they where small, I emailed and contacted them several times for my refund without any response or feedback. A lady named Suhayfa promised to start with the refund process as I bought the items via payflex till today I have not received my refund. I bought those items in July,it is September now.when I try to contact them their number does not go through
