BEWARE OF '98 on Lynburn Guesthouse'

We are from the Western Cape and booked and paid IN FULL (R 3 570) for 3 nights at 98 on Lynburn Guesthouse. Due to the Lockdown Level 4 and Gauteng borders that have been closed for Leasure travel, we had to cancel our booking. Upon contacting the owner , M**** and requesting a refund, he notified me that no circumstances will I be refunded in cash as the terms and conditions stipulate...'Terms and Conditions' that was NEVER SENT TO ME!! Surely Covid regulations that restrict is is a good reason for a credit....
