Terrible Communication

So I won a prize last year September and never received it but thought let me give it till January. I have been trying to follow up, Email, Twitter, Phone, nobody bothers to get back to me. Last week Monday I managed to get through on the phone and the lady said she has not received my prize yet but will call me back the Tuesday. It is now the following Wednesday and still no feedback. The number I have is an answering machine saying the mailbox is full. The other number gets diverted to a cellphone or something that does not answer.

What a waste of time. Shame on you 947. You cant even just respond via any of the platforms. Sis.
