Rude Telephone Staff

<p>Sadly all I wanted to know was when I would be contacted with the details around the 947 Monte Madness as I was contacted 2 weeks ago to be informed that I have won and was on the radio. I called ********** 947 and a lady answers, I ask my question and she hangs up. I call back and she was as rude as can be! She not only made me sound stupid but she was arrogant about it and I still dont know when I'll be contacted with details around the voucher which ends this SUNDAY!</p> <p>Ive never won anything so you can understand my confusion so can someone contact me to clarify!</p> <p>THANK YOU</p>
