Not delivering on commitments made

Very ********* business practice using your listeners as entertainment for the show, making promises and then not delivering on those promises. When I tried to contact them my calls were ignored and I when answered I was constantly redirected to numbers that aren’t ever answered. Will not be listening to the show anymore...how many other people do they make commitments to and not deliver!
