Non-payment of prize money won in July 2022

On the 19th of July 2022 I played Clash of the Schools on 947 Drive with Thando. I answered the decider question correctly and was told I would be receiving R947. My father’s banking details were collected and we were told it would take a maximum of 20 working days for us to receive the prize money. It’s been 9 months since I played Clash of the Schools and I still haven’t received my prize money. No one from the station has ever contacted us since then to notify us about what happened. My mother and I have tried on numerous occasions to try and reach out to the station and hear what exactly happened but our communication is never answered. We’ve called the station multiple times but the phone is never picked up. I’ve tried sending other emails before this and no response either. I’ve even tried sending messages via Twitter, Whatsapp and Instagram and all to no avail. I’m so disappointed that such a huge station would **** people like this but that’s what it is a ****.
