No Prize Money

I have been dealing with a lady by the name of Pauline trying to get hold of her since our last conversation on regarding the payout of my prize, of which I have not received any response. This is quiet frustrating as their terms & conditions stipulate that the funds will be paid out within 21 working days, however that is not the case as my 21 days is here and there has been no communication from Pauline or anybody in the department dealing with payments.

Whatever internal administration difficulties they are experiencing should not be inconveniencing the client/listeners. You are the ones that put into place the terms & conditions and are not adhering to them this is truly unprofessional and requires much to be addressed. Nobody answers the phone when I call, and nobody responds to emails too. This is truly unprofessional as a service provider.

Hopefully something will get done regarding the payment.
