No care attitude

So, I would just like to find out how this works. You win a cash prize, they send you a link to which you have to send everything except a lock of hair for DNA analysis, to verify your identity and then NOTHING... No indication of when you will receive your prize. You are however provided with contact details should you have any queries: Frances Swartz or Sibonisiwe Mthembu by emailing [Email Removed] or calling ***, but unfortunately they do not answer their phones or respond to emails. I am a student, as such I very seldom have extra cash to spend. I was very excited at winning R2500.00, as this meant that I did not have to increase my student loan this semester to cover textbooks. All I wanted to know from the prizes department was how long more or less I would wait for my cash prize, so that I can plan ahead. We are now going on three weeks with no correspondence? Was my info sufficient? I have no idea, because the prizes department will not help.
