Never received my prize winning!!!

Good day I'm writing this comment very disappointed on your turn around time for competition winners and also your very poor communication... On the 08th December 2022 I was called live on air informing me that I've won with #947Cadburry competition and I should wait 6 weeks for the prize to be received but up to this day nothing has been received.

I've sent countless emails, contacted them on their social media platforms and phoned them countless times(wasting money I don't have) but no response have been received. Everytime I do a follow up they keep on saying the issue has been escalated to the prizes department. My once favourite radio station is slowly becoming unreliable, and I see most listeners have the same issue and the station doesn't give any attention to even bother replying. I'm very disappointed
