Money not paid out

On the 28th of May I won R1000 for classic or not with outsurance on 947. Up until today I still have not received any communication. I called in and I was told my details would be given to the price department but still I have not received a call, email or sms. I listen to this station every single day and absolutely love them, I’m just disappointed that this has happened… The catch is you have to be insured with outsurance, which I am ….
