Disappointed

I'm so disappointed at 947 being such a big station, i played a Discovery competition on the 29th of June live on air on the breakfast show and i won, i was so excited being my first time on radio and also being told i won money then they said they will email me on how to claim my prize, ive been waiting for that email and didn't receive anything i tried calling but phones just ring, tried emails and reaching out to them on social media but nothing then the breakfast whatsapp line rep**** by giving me the producer's email address cause he was the one that said he will send me an email on how to claim and ive been sending him emails as well but no response. 947 doesnt owe me money agreed but i played a competition and i won fair which i thought would be very helpful especially now since my mom lost her job due to the lock down and im also not earning my full salary until the end of the year to make up for the 3 months we were on lockdown, so if someone tells you that you won money automatically you make plans its not a lot of money but it was going to help a lot with groceries at home since im the only one thats working also i am behind with my daughters school fees so i thought God came through for me there. anyways if it wasn't a real competition its okay i would understand if only someone could just tell me that so i can stop making plans with money that i will never receive or for argument sake say i am impatient since they are able to see my messages atleast reply and say " we have a lot of backlog we will get back to you" or something. 947 is a big station i listen to it all day everyday so its kind of heart breaking that they think doing this to someone during these trying times its okay, i didnt write this to discredit them they have great shows and i will keep listening to them but just don't give people high hopes if you not going to deliver imagine being blue ticked by a whole radio station.
