Dial Direct Competition winner but no prize as yet!!!!!

I won on the Greg and Lucky show on the 19th of February 2018 with the Dial Direct Competition. I have filled in and sent the needed documents with the emailed link sent on the 21st February. It was said that I must wait for 14-21 working days for the money to reflect in my account. It is now past 21 working days and nothing as yet. I have been emailing everyone ********** ********** , ********** NO RESPONSE from any of these
