Competition prizes not being paid out

I won the Gold reef city competition on the 4th of Dec. I was promised my winnings with 14 to 21 days. These have come and go. I have sent numerous emails to the email address provided to no avail. I am very unhappy that nobody has gotten back to me as yet. I won that competition fair and square.
