Assistance

<p>I phoned 94.7 and spoke to Palesa.</p> <p> </p> <p>I requested that she assist me on how to register for the POP Quiz that is sponsored by Gold Reef City.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was appalled as I was trying to explain that I am not sure where the POP Quiz is and if she could assist me. First she mentions that she does not know if the competition is running I explained it runs every day and does she not listen to 94.7 to which she responded that she listens to 702 and there are 2 radio stations. I understand that however surely if you work for Primedia or 94.7 you should know what products that your company offers.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was trying to explain and she raised her voice volume I repetitively said her name and asked why is she being rude. I did not refuse her assistance. I cannot understand how rude one can be when you working for a broadcastin company.</p>
